SubTracker Privacy Policy

Overview

SubTracker is a subscription management app that helps you track your recurring payments and store service credentials. Your privacy is our top priority. This policy explains how your data is handled.

Data Storage

All data is stored locally on your device:

• Subscription details (names, amounts, dates, categories) are stored in an encrypted SQLite database (SQLCipher) on your device.
• Credentials (usernames and passwords) are stored in the iOS Keychain, protected by your device's hardware security and biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID).
• Database encryption key is stored in the iOS Keychain and never leaves your device.

Data Collection

SubTracker does not collect any data. Specifically:

• No analytics or tracking
• No crash reporting to external services
• No advertising or ad identifiers
• No network requests to external servers
• No user accounts or registration

Data Sharing

SubTracker does not share any data with third parties. The app operates entirely offline and does not communicate with any server.

Notifications

SubTracker uses local notifications to remind you of upcoming payments. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on your device. No notification data is sent to external services.

Security

We take the security of your data seriously:

• Database is encrypted with SQLCipher (AES-256)
• Passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain with biometric protection
• No data is transmitted over the network
• App Transport Security (ATS) is enforced

Children's Privacy

SubTracker does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
